How does pricing work?+
Mesh is one platform — you choose the modules you want and pricing follows. There's a one-time $15,000 standup (SSO, branding, taxonomy, data load + geocoding, training, and launch), then an annual subscription for the modules you turn on. The Member Portal (Threads, Playbooks, the member directory, and the AI concierge) is priced by member band, from $12K/yr; the Public Ecosystem Map is priced by map size, from $8K/yr; and Pulse and Showcase add $5K/yr each. How much work is this for our team?+
Less than you'd expect. We help you launch and get set up — then Mesh is a self-managed Community OS your team runs from one console (members, the map, content, and modules), with no ongoing agency or developers in the loop. And because members maintain their own profiles and propose the relationships that grow the map, the network keeps itself current. You curate; you don't operate.
Is member data kept private?+
Yes. Pulse benchmarks are anonymized aggregates with a privacy floor, so no individual response is ever exposed. The platform is invite-only, single sign-on runs through your identity provider, and every AI answer only ever reads what the asking member is already permitted to see.
How do members get on the map?+
We import and geocode your member list at standup to build the initial graph. From there, members maintain their own profiles and propose relationships between organizations, so it stays current on its own.
Can we brand it as our own?+
Yes. Your branding, colors, naming, and single sign-on are configured at standup so Mesh feels like a native part of your member experience.
